  • How do I track the results from my campaign?
In order to access the analytics for a particular song and track the performance of playlist placements we have arranged for you, use the Spotify For Artists service at https://artists.spotify.com.
  • How long do the campaigns last?
The campaigns are designed to deliver the targeted streams within 4-6 weeks; curators may decide to leave your song in their playlist after the campaign has concluded, delivering extra promotion to you for free!
  • Are your services legitimate?
CUR8 is dedicated to nurturing real fan engagement. Delivering legitimate streams is very important to us. We have a big network of curators to whom we tailor your music depending on the genre or style, and with whom we keep constant communication. Therefore we can make sure that your song is placed in relevant playlists and the playlists have a 100% authentic follower base.
  • What if I want to run a campaign bigger than 60,000 streams?
In this case, we ask that you contact us at placements@cur8ltd.com to explain your requirements in detail, as well as providing a link to your song. We are indeed able to deliver campaigns of sizes such as this, but it requires some more in-depth analysis and pricing from our side.
  • What if my song is not getting the target streams?
If after we have secured placements for your song, it is still not getting enough streams to conclude the requested campaign size in 6 weeks, please contact your campaign manager so we can review and resolve the situation.
  • What happens after I place an order?
Thank you for ordering! A campaign manager is going to listen to your song and reach out. We will then begin with pitching your song and once the placements come back, we will send you the playlists. Making the placements can take anything from a few days to a week as we strive to find the best playlist for your song. So please bear with us!
  • Why was my song removed from a playlist?
Once a campaign has concluded and the target streams have been delivered for your song, curators will usually remove your song from the playlist. In some cases, they may decide to leave it there afterwards, creating extra free streams for you!
  • How do I get my music on Spotify?
The way to get your music on Spotify is to submit it through a distributor. Common distributors include TuneCore, Amuse, and RouteNote.
  • Can you promote any and every song?
As we are a legitimate service and work with selected curators, we cannot promote very song. If the curators within our network reject the song and we are unable to deliver the requested campaign size, we will always provide an immediate refund. We can work with music in every language as long as it meets the quality and genre suitability requirements of individual curators.
  • Why did I receive a refund?
If for some reason our curator network rejects your song from placements and we cannot deliver the campaign size you requested, we will provide an immediate refund.
  • How do you make your playlists grow?
We achieve this primarily through advertising campaigns on platforms such as Meta and Tik Tok. We have a deep backlog of data, including conversion and pixel data that we have used to create lookalike audiences, that we can use and deploy in campaigns that we run for our clients, allowing us to achieve market-leading results.
  • What kind of playlists do you accept or create for your clients?
The short answer is that we can work with any branding or genres, although we prefer to work with those that we already have experience with, because in that way we can set realistic goals regarding how the playlist would preform before we start any campaigns.
  • How fast will my playlist grow?
This will depend entirely on the budge that are you able to commit to advertising campaigns on a monthly basis, but even our lowest budget clients have experienced 100+ daily followers and 200+ streams on their top 5 tracks.
  • How will I make money with my playlist?
We support our playlist curators by helping them get accepted onto websites offering curators the chance to review submissions and get paid for it. Such websites include SubmitHub, Playlist Push, and Playlister Club. We have excellent relationships with many such websites and can therefore offer our clients fast-tracked applications and great acceptance rating.
